Mr. Cyrus Vachha has over 40 years of experience in the banking sector. After being
with ANZ Grindlays Bank for 23 years he joined ABN AMRO as a member of the
founding team. In his role there as a Deputy CEO, Mr. Vachha was responsible for
overseeing and growing a substantial part of the Bank. ABN AMRO had a spectacular
growth and performance record in India. Upon retirement, he became a member of the
Advisory Board (Private Equity) of Motilal Oswal, and continued as an Advisor to the
Bank for several more years. Currently, he is on the Board of Tata Trustee Company
Ltd., along with W. H. Brady & Co. Ltd.
